American five companies were responsible for the appointment of a new community of Detroit Planning

Five US companies --Lorcan O'Herlihy Architects (LOHA), Hamilton Anderson Associates (HAA), Merge Architects, Studio Dwell and Christian Hurttienne Architects was appointed as the Detroit Brush Park area to design a new pedestrian community. The project will be in Detroit for decades the largest residential development projects. It will include 400 new residential units, apartments, townhouses, four renovated historic mansion has, in various forms. It aims to become a catalyst for development of the city.

Hamilton Anderson is responsible for the overall planning of land 8.4 acres. LOHA responsible for overseeing the design mix of four apartment building. Merge program is responsible for providing duplex apartment. Studio Dwell design townhouse, Christian Hurttienne renovation of existing residence.

"These companies are in urban areas due to their innovative aspect is selected, they are designed with a historical connotation of contemporary architecture." Brush Park Development Corporation partner and project developer Samuel Thomas Jr added.

The entire community, downtown Detroit and entertainment areas are connected by M-1 railway and business district. The works will start in spring 2016.
